Water Damage
Water damage comes in three categories: clean water, grey water, and black water. Clean water damage is caused by potable water, like when you drop the water jug as you try to put it in the water cooler at work. It gets into the carpet, runs under the walls, and just plain makes a huge mess.
Grey water damage carries physical, chemical, or even biological contaminants and spreads them to every crack and crevice. This might happen when your dishwasher, clothes washer, or toilet (no feces) leaks. Urine alone is considered grey water.
